A cuppa tea...

Finally opening my China Rose from the UK.
The dainty smell of rose is comforting today, having spent part of this week struggling internally with His plans vs my own plans.

Binge cooking

A# worked really long hours today.
Marinated five ribs each in different flavors; tomyam, soy sauce and steak sauce.
It took about 6 hours to cook all of that.

~
This morning the gate to the memorial park was locked.
Thankfully a group of older folks came and they knew who to call.
Better still, they found the big gap in the fence and we all climbed over.

There were only two dogs in the park.
Makes one wonder what happened to the female with her pups that I saw last year.

~
I'm restless this week waiting for my own sabo-ed party.
Wondered why I agreed to help out.
Wondered why I swapped so willingly.

Yet I know, it's always been these negative thoughts that keep me from focusing on Him.
The only way is to persevere and He will guide me through this.

A ramble at 5am titled - Happy is she...

Who resist sleeping and plays board games til 5am in the morning.
With the help of light Coke.

It's like having a second chance to do the things that people did during college days, with a circle of friends, that is.

This is one of the beautiful days to mark.

It's been tiring...

But I am full.
Of furlove and drums.

Hair believes I have my basic down.
And that leads to the question of when I am ready.

Which leads to me panicking, because I can't roll right into different parts just yet.
Because it's taking me forever to even just get one song right.

Fear tends to come in a downpour wherelse confidence is like a light drizzle on a sunny day.

On another matter,
Oh Hair!
It is so distracting across your forehead!

It is well

Was wading through the street barefoot today.
My jacket, bag and pants were soaked.
Had to drive Odie through the flood after all that.
Was so relieved to finally reach home.
