Starved and cold

In the middle of the night
When there's only street light
Something gnaws inside
As days hurries by
It will be sooner than I'd like
And panic I try not to
At the thought of being starved and cold again.

So I spin a yarn of tales
Of what could go wrong then
And hope without fail
That it will not be all that stale.
When all worst scenarios is laid out
There's only one way out.
I'm determined that I won't be starved and cold once more.

Through lying
Stealing
Drowning
Hoarding
Cutting
Or overdosing
Stay alive I must be.

Soothing myself

I haven't played Mariage D'Amour for years.
Once upon a time it was the song, to let out some fury.

Today, I played it to see if some feelings can still be managed that way.

I don't get how a song titled love marriage (in translation),
isn't bubbly and light like how people are when they are in love or anticipating marriage,
but it is in B flat and kinda gloomy instead.
If it was trying to portray doomed or struggling lovers it ought to have another title.

What an odd composer!

Bleah bleah blea...

I ran out of words to...
Express joy about three babies.
Express satisfaction at seeing payback of sort.
